Clarification on Passenger vs Commercial Use

Hi everyone,
I am currently sitting with my tax documents and feeling a bit overwhelmed by the definitions provided by the revenue service.
My business involves a lot of site visits where I need to carry at least three colleagues along with our surveying equipment. I am trying to determine if my new double cab vehicle VAT claim SA will be flagged as a personal perk or accepted as a genuine business necessity.
It is quite frustrating that the rules aren't more straightforward for those of us who actually use these vehicles for heavy manual labor every single day.
