Which Strategies Have Helped You Build a More Resilient Supply Chain?
Reported by Olli Benett | July 12th, 2026 @ 05:17 PM
Building a resilient supply chain has become a priority for many businesses after seeing how quickly disruptions can impact operations. We've had the best results by combining supplier diversification with contingency planning, rather than relying on a single strategy. Keeping relationships with backup suppliers and regularly reviewing risk scenarios has made it much easier to respond when unexpected issues arise.
At the same time, digital transformation has improved visibility across our operations. Supply chain risk management tools have helped us monitor supplier performance, identify potential bottlenecks earlier, and make faster, data-driven decisions. I'm also interested in hearing how others balance inventory buffers, nearshoring, and cost efficiency without sacrificing flexibility.
