DITO SIM Registration Technical Issue

I am trying to register my DITO SIM card by following the official guidelines provided at ditosimregister.com, but I am stuck due to several technical errors. Despite following the step-by-step instructions on the portal, I am facing these specific issues:
OTP Verification Failure: The registration portal is not sending the One-Time Password (OTP) to my mobile number.
ID Upload Error: Every time I upload my Government ID (as per the site's requirements), it returns an "Invalid Document" error.
App Stability: I also tried using the DITO app as suggested on the website, but the app crashes immediately upon submission.
No Service: Even after following the APN settings mentioned on ditosimregister.com, my device still shows "No Service."
