Hi everyone,

I am currently trying to help a fellow entrepreneur navigate the somewhat confusing world of international tax websites. We were trying to figure out the best way to use official databases to confirm a business partner's standing, but some of the sites are quite technical.

I believe that every professional business owner should be self-sufficient when it comes to these types of background checks to maintain an established presence.

Can anyone provide a simple explanation on how to verify VAT status online? I’m looking for the most straightforward path
through the red tape.
