How are agencies automating their Upwork outreach these days?

We're getting to the point where manually searching for projects and writing every proposal on Upwork is taking up a significant amount of time each week.
I'm curious how other agencies are handling this. Are you using any tools or systems to automate job discovery, proposal creation, or lead management? I'm not looking to spam clients, just trying to make the process more efficient while keeping proposals relevant and personalized.
We've considered hiring a dedicated person for Upwork outreach,
but I've also seen more AI-powered platforms appearing recently.
Has anyone found a solution that actually saves time without
hurting response rates?
