We need to improve our QA workflow visibility by syncing pipeline test results. Relying on raw console logs inside Azure makes it difficult for the team to track regressions efficiently.
I was looking into how the testomat.io team handles this reporting fragmentation and found a solid approach. They have a detailed guide on configuring azure devops automated testing integration to sync execution metrics.
We should implement a similar bidirectional sync so that our automated test execution outcomes automatically update our test plans and user stories in real time.
